About Us

Sandman Sales Yard provides landscaping and building material supplies to the areas surrounding Holland, OH; Ottawa Lake, MI; and Perrysburg, OH.

Our Beginnings

Sandman Sales Yard has roots that began in 1967 when Robert Parker Sr. acquired his driver’s license at 16 years old. He began driving a dump truck for his brother’s company.

In 1986, Robert Sr. began Sandman Sales Yard. He specialized in excavating lake sites and the sale of the materials to local construction companies, government agencies, builders, and homeowners.

Wish we had gone to them sooner... we had some yard projects/ landscaping done and needed white stones for along the fence to make our yard look clean and sleek.
